Where is your shop based?
My shop is based in New Jersey. All orders ship from this location.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If I sent you the wrong product or there is another issue, please message me within 14 days of receiving your order through the contact tab at the bottom of this website.
Can I combine orders?
Yes. they can be combined if they haven't shipped yet. Please message me through the contact tab at the bottom of this website.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days but on rare occasions, may take up to 5 business days not including weekends.
Can I get tracking for my order?
Tracking information is emailed to you when your postage is processed.
A product has sold out. Will you be adding more to inventory?
If I am able to get more in, I can add it but only when I physically have it. I do not add products to my shop that I do not have.
What do product grades mean?
For the best selection, an A grade product is best . When you don't mind more noticable defects and want to save money, then choose the B grade. When I prep products to list in the shop, I may come across some that have small issues or defects but are still useable. Examples may be, a small indentation, a marking, mis-stitched fabric, small scratch or hole, etc.
What payments do you accept?
I accept PayPal, Stripe, and major credit cards.
These payment vendors offer a variety of payment options such as Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as buy now pay later options such as Klarna and Afterpay.
Do you take custom orders?
I am currently not doing custom orders or commissions but may do so in the future. Please be sure to check out my business page on Facebook for updates. The link to my business page is:

Do you take wholesale orders?
Not at this time.

- Azure Owl Stitchery is an online only business and does not accept visitors due to insurance liability and for security reasons. We only do business online through this website and other social media platforms.
All products are photographed in natural lighting. Since computer monitors may differ, colors may vary.
- All products are stored in a pet free, odor free environment in plastic bins or bags. We may occasionally add lightly scented lavender sachets, into our storage bins, to help keep pests away from our yarn or fiber.
- Azure Owl Stitchery is a registered business. Prior permission from Azure Owl Stitchery must be obtained for involvement in third party contests, giveaways, promotional events marketing or use of Azure Owl Stitchery product photos, likenesses, or services. Azure Owl Stitchery reserves the right to decline any of the above-mentioned requests.
- We DO NOT hold or reserve products for purchase later.
