Customer service is important to me and I appreciate and value your business. Before placing and order, please feel free to ask questions to avoid unnecessary refund issues, fees, etc.
Please, contact me right away with any issues or concerns you have, within 14 business days of receiving your order. I am more than happy to work with you to help resolve any issues you may have.
Handmade products:
I make all my creations with care and quality in mind and am confident you will be pleased with your purchase. If not, please message me through the contact tab at the bottom of this website.
ORDERING:
No changes can be made once an order is placed and is being processed (Being prepped for shipping, fabric cut, etc.)
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect information, Azure Owl Stitchery is not responsible for re-shipping costs.
COUPON CODES:
- Must be entered at checkout.

PAYMENT
I accept payments via Paypal and Stripe. By using these payment vendors, you can pay using any major credit card, as well as other payment methods such as Paypal credit, Venmo, Klarna, afterpay and more.
I do not accept cash, money orders crypto currency, wire transfer, etc.
Please check your shipping details. If name and address is different, please let me know in the "Buyer's note" on your order or by the contact tab at the bottom of this website.
TAXES:
NJ residents are required to pay 6.625% sales tax.
Other States:
Due to law requirements, sales taxes are collected and submitted for purchases made for customers who's states charge tax and or a delivery fee.
SHIPPING:
Normal delivery times are subject to delays due to service impacts arising because of the increase in online purchases, the holidays, staff shortages, etc.
- I currently ship in the USA only due to issues with international shipping.
Orders are shipped 1-5 business days. - I ship via USPS and UPS.
- Shipping can be combined on multiple orders to save you money. Shipping overages will be refunded.
- Tracking is provided for all shipments no matter how small.
- Orders normally arrive quickly but may sometimes take up to 14 business days. Currently, it may take longer due to delivery delays across the country due to understaffing and cuts made at some postal locations.
- Please check your shipping details. If the name and address is different, please let me know in the "Buyer's note" area when placing your order or through the contact tab a the bottom of this website.
- I am not responsible for lost, stolen, non-deliverable or damaged packages. Once the Post Office or UPS takes possession of packages, I cannot be held responsible for packages past this point.
- If your package is shipped via USPS Priority, USPS Ground advantage, Fed Ex or UPS and is damaged or broken, a claim can be filed directly with them.
- If a package is missing, marked delivered but was not, please contact your local USPS branch or UPS immediately to determine when and where it was last scanned to see if they can find your package or process a claim. If they cannot find your package, you may have to file a police report.
- Shipping is done Monday - Friday, weather permitting, and excludes holidays and disruption in service by USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS.
- Pre-orders ship within the time frame given on the pre-order listing.
- No shipping on weekends, holidays, during bad weather (snowstorms, flooding, state of emergency, etc.), unforeseen illness, or family emergency. I will put up a notification on my Facebook business page or shop banner in any of these cases.
- We do not hold packages for mailing at a later date unless requested. Please contact me through the contact tab at the bottom of this website. Please be sure to include your order number, date of order, and the date you need your package held for.
